Anyone know what is Fenoboci Diet Plan about? I hear most people lost crazy amounts of weight with Fenoboci Diet Plan (just search it on google).

I like how they said their heaviest was like 170 lbs but I was an 8th grader and weighed that much…but thankfully I lost most of the weight and I am healthy and happy as I can be at 120 lbs😌 now I’m a sophomore in high school

If this show "Revenge Body" is to turn your pain into power then the revenge is against yourself. That one thing in their life that stopped them is themselves! This show is fueling anger(revenge) against other people in their lives and not directing it completely to themselves. Sends a bad message and they will probably gain all the weight back and then some when they realize that other people in their lives have nothing to do with what they eat or stop them from going to the gym, etc. And that no one really cares anyway cuz they are to busy dealing with their own lives and issues.

I wish there was a happening program for people with, say, MS or other diseases that affect their fatigue, pain levels, metabolism, etc.

I've got a tip. get the 24 or 48 hour bug lol. all the running to the bathroom to vomit and the diarrhea. guaranteed sore muscles and weight-loss. no pain, no gain.
